When cross country coaches need to reach every family fast.
RallyText was built for exactly these moments — when you need every parent and athlete to get the message immediately, and a group text or app notification isn't reliable enough.
Course rerouted, starting line moved, meet location shifted. One text before athletes and families head to the wrong spot.
Lightning delay, heat advisory, course conditions. One broadcast reaches every runner and family immediately.
Bus leaves at 2:15 not 3:00 — athletes need to know now. One text to every runner and family.
Start times pushed, heat assignments shifted, awards ceremony delayed. One broadcast keeps everyone current.
Everything a cross country team needs to communicate.
Broadcast SMS — one message reaches every athlete, parent, and coach on your roster as a plain SMS. No app required for families.
Roster import — import from your school athletic system or a spreadsheet. Your team is ready to text in about 10 minutes.
Dedicated team number — a local number that belongs to your program, not your personal cell. Stays when coaches change.
Two-way private inbox — parent replies come to your dashboard privately, not to the whole group.
Attendance tracking — families text ABSENT, dashboard updates automatically. Know your headcount before you arrive.
Automatic reminders — schedule practices and games once, reminders go out automatically before each one.
Safe Sport auto-CC — every direct message to a minor copies a second adult. Enforced by the system, not by memory.
Priced for a team budget.
Plans start at $10/month for broadcast-only, and full two-way plans with Group Thread start at $29/month. Every plan includes a dedicated phone number, broadcast SMS, Safe Sport compliance, and roster management. See full pricing →
